Programs

Our programs are developed by Dr Kedibone Seutloadi who works with and for persons with disabilities.

Dr Seutloadi has a Doctorate from the University of Southern Queensland and extensive experience in the Disability sector. Amongst other engagements in the sector, Dr Seutloadi was part of the editing team in the finalisation of the Cabinet approved (2015) White Paper on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. She has provided support or served as a disability inclusion advisor for organisations (https://guardiansun.co.bw/news) ensuring that disability matters, together with transformation imperatives, remain part of the development opportunities of the organisation.

Workplace Disability Sensitisation Program

    Dr Seutloadi together with Eduflex (eduflex.com), an e-learning specialist company, developed the e-Book on Disability Sensitisation in the Workplace. Here are some key features of the program:

    • It targets job applicants with disabilities, employers and all employees.
    • Can be delivered online, face-to-face or in a blended format.
    • Accredited by South African Board for People Practices (SABPP- CN23CPD0090SABPP)
    • 12 CPD points are awarded to individuals who attend and successfully complete the
      full program.
    • Employers can claim training costs and BBBEE skills development scorecard points.
